Somehow this song just popped into my mind. Must because it was sung last night(or should I say this morning) at china one. And it made me quite emotional till having slept at 3, I actually woke up just before 9. And having the lack of sleep, I decided to go all out today.

Sure I din go down to the car launch and miss the pretty girls and nice cars. But hanging out with my cousin is also a good fun thing. It was today that I zhenged his pc. From the start of the whole thing at the it show to the final purchase, everything just got better. And the highlight being the graphics card that I reviewed the other day. I still cannot believe the how good the price performance ration was and how much I actually was able to push it.

Finished up everything about evening time. I was abit tired but it felt good just fixing up the whole computer. And when I ran the Company Of Heroes benchmark and saw the score, I knew it was a job well done. Not 100% perfect but good enough to wack any game now at high to max details.

Dinner was an even better thing for me. Great food and sweet(actually sour) desert. Sure I did not go for my jog today but what the heck, once in a while must enjoy abit lah. Someone once told me, when you go all out and love someone, remember to keep some for yourself. If you do not learn how to love yourself, than who will. Not saying to be self centred here, but rather to also look out for myself. Although I know its gonna be hard, I must try to learn to be nice to myself as well.

My friday was spent calling up SIM to try to reset my password so I can log into the university's website to get my results which was in vain. It seems they do not like to pick up the calls. Than went to Elliott's place to help him fix up his laptop. Partitioned a backup drive, reinstalled windows and pimped it to look like vista and so on.

Than it was a dinner out at orchard. It was back to Sun with Moon at charlene's request. At first it was Me, Elliott, Francis, Charmaine and Charlene. Than Herbert came down later after his dinner with his god sister or something. As usual I had the rice thingy which again I struggle to finish. But its good stuff for the price lah.

Than it was off to china one at clark quay. Happening place lah. There it was one time cranberry vodka, had a few rounds of five ten and had to drink long island tea and to end it off, bacardi coke.

And so I decided to humour my friend...

Lolz just came back from china one... had a good time... but no camera with me so gotta wait for the pictures to come in than I will post on it.

Anyway while waiting for my hair to dry(good thing short hair so dry fast), I decided to do this little quiz thingy from another blog. In short I have to post 6 things about myself that most people do not know and choose another 6 person to "sabo" to do the same thing. While I dun think I wanna "sabo" 6 other persons, I will just go ahead and post the 6 things...

1. I do not really like crowds... but I also do not like to be left alone... Think I told someone this before. Hard to explain but if you are like that you will understand lah. Slowly getting better but sometimes I just prefer not so many people around but yet at the same time please do not leave me alone. And this is even when I am busy chionging my projects and have the do not disturb status on my msn. Feel free to drop a simple hello or "jiayou" message.. I will really appreciate it one. :)

2. I am a very messy person. Ok my programming codes look neat with all the indentations and comments nicely done and I am quite a perfectionist with my work like reports and or projects. But take one look at my room and you will know what I mean. I think my mom has given up hope liaos. I do try to tidy up once in a while but the once in a while is like when got people coming or CNY.

3. I am a very stubborn person. Although I do not show it, and am quite flexible at times, there are just some things that I will refuse to give into. Once I feel a certain way about something or have concluded a certain view, its gonna be very hard to get me off it. I might agree otherwise but deep down I will still prefer it my way.

4. I still am rather boastful and proud at times. Again doesn't mean people dun usually see it, means I am not like that. I hate people making jokes about me. I mean among close friends I am ok one but there are some things I cannot stand and will try to get even. Also I must have something that gives me the advantage over other people at all times one. I cannot stand being a nobody.

5. I suffer from inferiority complex. Hard to tell hor but yeah I still have these lack of confidence thingy at times. Maybe thats why I dun dare to ask people out on a date or even think of dating at all. It also means me not wanting to come out of my comfort zone.I like to only do things I know I can do well and like things to run the way I know I can do.

6. I get homesick very easily. 3 weeks out for overseas exerices and by the 2nd week I get home sick liaos. I never like camps cos I like to sleep on my own bed. Even last time OBS was a horror to me. Who cares about the fun high elements or the fact that my watch got saint nick girls as well... I rather be home.


So yeah I think my hair dry liaos... short hair ftw... and while these are my weakness, it doesn't mean I am not doing anything about them. Slowly trying to improve myself... all except the homesick one lah... that one I really dunno how to cure sia...

KK time to sleep liaos... Need to assemble my cousin's pc tomorrow so need all the rest I can get. Ermm if I go crazy and really "zheng" the pc than I choose to blame the long island tea just now... hehe...

Ok so since i am NMNHNLM and I got some free time, decided that I will do something crazy today. Went to SLS to do some shopping for my Cousin and for myself.Got him the Asus 8800GTS 320MB graphic card and the silverstone element 500w psu and 50 TDK 16x DVD-R for myself. And since I had nothing to do tonight... I took out the 8800GTS to play and do some benchmarks. To my cousin if he is reading this, its sort of a good will thank you if you get what I mean.

With a score of 9172, its about 111% of the stock score. Now comparing that with my stock x1950pro, its about 186% of it. And I fired up CnC3 to test how stable and I sure enjoyed my little NOD busting session. And of cos admiring the new graphics since I can set the details to the max.

Well thats about my evening today. Results are out tomorrow but I can't do anything as I lost my password. Will give a call to school tmr to see if I can do anything about it.

Well I guess if there is anything to comfort me, its a trip to SLS with my good friend Bryan and it helps to meet more friends. Maybe if I get too stressed out or too sianz again, I will go try my hand at overclocking.

Nice little video for the song. Have not watched a single lost episode but I can still feel for the characters in the video. This type of situations is just a lose lose type of thing that either one party or all 3 will suffer...

Of cos people will say its like that one just got to deal with it and so on. I think if I was the one who has to "fight" over the girl with another guy, in the end I would rather let go than hurt everyone. Thats just me and I do not even want to think if 2 girls were "fighting" over me. Well its not going to happen any time soon and I seriously do not want it to happen... Knowing me, I would just reject both to avoid any more problems.

And in case anyone thinks its a praise Kenneth post, its not. Let me further explain...

Today I went for my first game testing thingy. Can't say much here but overall it was an interesting experience and it has improved my impression of the local gaming industry. A practice there is to give movie ticket vouchers for their testers. But it seems the voucher ran out or something. So the guy took out an amount and ask me to go get a movie or something. Of cos anyone can tell that even on weekends, I can watch more than one movie with that amount. So I declined it and again even when he said something like the guy before me so got the same. To me I would be ok to accept if you gave me an amount close to a ticket... but I can never accept that amount. In the end I took nothing and thanked him for the chance to check out what its like to do testing and for a chance to play their upcoming game.

I mean getting paid such an amount for 1 hour plus of fun is wrong in my eyes. Of cos people would just tell me you are an undergrad, somemore in computer science, surely for the trouble of getting there and the time spent, plus transport, should take the money since they are the one giving you and you did not ask for it. Would it have paid to be selfish abit here? I dunno sia...

And of cos lots of other incidents in the past but thats just Kenneth... As much as I wanna be selfish and be nice to myself and not finish last like nice guys... I just cannot lah... Looks like I cannot keep my promise of only being nice to people close to me and who deserve it...

Well at least I managed to enjoy myself over the weekend... Sure I still played good boy on saturday and stayed home... but sunday I managed to tell myself to go relax a while regardless of what people might say... Actually hor, I personally dun really care what people say of me... If you know the real me, you wun say such things... But becos of my position and all that... its hard... And becos I am nice, I would always try not to cause any problems in that aspect...

Can't say here any more on it cos its a public blog... Hopefully I can come to a conclusion myself about this whole thing... Maybe I already did but oh well... Thats Kenneth for you...

Welcome Back Commander...

Decided to take a rest from harvesting tiberium and post something here. Well today marks the ending of my holidays as i start school next week liaos. Its been a happening weekend so far and this is the best way to end it. The Launch of Command & Conquer 3.

As with all singaporean, I decided to go early for the pre launch event. Wow the queue was already forming and it carried on until the whole of level 5 lido was filled with people eagerly waiting for the game. Other than getting it one day early, there were extra freebies to be taken home as well.

Met Herbert and Elliott there as well as Herbert was in the area and Elliott decided to come down as well.

Sunday 25032007:

Got my hair cut today, went to another hairdresser instead of my usual one. To her credit, she really is professional in the way she cuts my hair. But because I am so used to telling my usual barber how to cut my hair, I had a hard time explaining how short I wanted my hair to be especially since recall is coming up and I dun want long sides when I gotta wear that stupid headpiece. So Now I look like a NSF again... But at least I got my pink ic to throw at anyone who dares to ask me why I never book in...

Next up was dinner at the cosplay cafe at chijmes. Abit pricey for most of the items but playing safe, I went for the fish and chips. Portion was big and it was rather yummy. For $17.90 it was quite worth it considering also the place. Of cos another highlight is the maids who go around serving the customers. Its one of those things here you should at least go once. Than at least you can say you been there before and if its nice can go back again.

The maids look like they are sec 4s or 1st year of poly/jc. The one at the entrance was the sweetest I would say. Too bad only Herbert got a photo with her. Need to remind myself to get a chalk bag so I can bring the camera around as well... :P

Next off since it was still early, decided to head to clark quay to chill out at clinic. Well I will let the pictures do the talking here... Thanks to Herbert for the pics... :)

David Bentley Does The Number 7 Jersey Proud...

Saturday 24032007:

Well it was a rather normal day but an interesting evening. For one I din go with the rest to Cafe De Mar(hope I got the spelling right) for the FHM Girl Next Door event. Had to be a good boy and be spared the nagging as I got church on sunday. So instead of getting to hang out with the gang and all the pretty girls, I had the chance to watch the under 21 international friendly between England and Italy at the new wembly stadium. It was a good match. The Italian team was very strong and pazzini is world class scoring the first goal in under a minute and went on to complete his hatrick. The english lads did their country proud as well. One superb freekick from david bentley which would do the number 7 jersey proud. In an exciting 90 mins, a total of 6 goals were scored and the final score of 3 - 3 did both teams justice.

Of cos as usual, the english senior squad failed to so anything again. The england squad is also known as the 3 lions but that day in Israel, the lions were toothless. With a 0 - 0 draw, its everyone's guess if this teamworkless group can make it to the Euros next year. Well so much for getting an englishmen as manager... well it can work but not this one.

Friday 23032007:

Ever since I saw the trailer, I was looking forward to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. And sure enough, it opens on friday and Herbert went ahead to book tickets @ marina.

It was quite a gathering as Me, Herbert, Stella, Francis, Charlene, Elliott and Charmaine went to watch it. Yup unlike her *ahem* brother, Charmaine came back to singapore for the holidays. So it was a good chance to catch up.

Went to the food court to have dinner first than it was to andersons of denmark for ice cream. Well I just had apple ice tea as I din wanna waste my 4.4km jog.

The movie itself was good stuff. For all turtle fans out there, do not miss this show. While compared to the other shows out there, the storyline is abit weak and straight forward and the animation is not realistic. But to the turtle fan, its everything you could ever ask for. Its a very good way to bring the cartoon to the big screen. Think of it as a translation from 2D cartoon to 3D now. And the voice acting is good enough to know who is speaking without looking at the colour of the head band.

Ok its raining while I type this post. Somehow it always like to rain at this time. Today it doesn't affect me but on my jogging day it does. I would have to make the decision to go for it and brave the rain or wait till its over than go jog. It gets more irritating when its a passing cloud. But it feels good to jog with passing rain over me. The water droplets falling on me to cool me off...

Anyway just as the song goes, it talks about our life like a book. Where each page is blank and its up to us to write out the story. No one can write it for us but ourselves. The video is kinda meaningful as well. Where each level she stops is another page in the book. I wonder if I were to write a book on my life, how the story will turn out.

Well one thing is for sure, the reader will be thinking why this guy so blockheaded one. Should just go for it and not wait until no more chance. Lolz thats just Kenneth. From poly tell myself to just go for it until now. And than I just found out that well I should have take a chance with something. Lol I wonder how many times I missed out on a good chance liaos.

Oh well thats another page on my book of life. Gotta move on and remember the mistakes I made and not make them again.

At least I got 3 things to look forward to this weekend. I still got the movie 300 to watch even though I got my hands on the comic, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is coming out and from previews it looks very good and finally Command and Conquer 3 is coming out next monday. The next few pages of my book should be happening.

Anyway its the holidays and have been busy completing games I missed out during the school term while my good friend Elliott has been busy meeting new girls. Lolz I think there is something wrong with me sia. Oh well...

Had a very weird dream last night. Could remember everything but the faces that were important. And if I am the type who will believe in dreams than jialat liaos. But for now I will just take it as it is... just a dream.

Games, Freebies and some Rantings...

Phew the exams are over... well since wednesday... been playing as much games as I can for the past few days and relaxing. Its the first time holidays no one can tell me to get ready for the next term because I dun even have the subject materials nor do I even know whats going to happen next term.

I mean I do know the subject name roughly but thats about it. As with the first 2 modules, the names dun quite equal the topics we do. I mean operation systems module than come out need to learn C programming. lolz... you get what I mean.

First paper was ok. I dun think I will fail but doing well is another thing. Second paper was crazy. I cannot be confident that I will fail, pass or do well. Its one of those really dunno what to expect paper. Well hope its the first and last one of its kind.

Than it was off to have lunch and I rewarded myself with this :




Meal costed $4.50 while the drink was $1.20

What impressed me most was that there was actually some sense of presentation in the chicken cutlet I ordered. Even my friend who ordered some grilled fish with spaghetti had his fish arranged in some pattern.

After that went to SLS with some of them to look look see see and some retail therapy but for me I got my CnC3 pre order card so no need liaos.

Than its been Jade Empire playing and Call of Duty 2 which was kinda fun. Jade Empire is your usual RPG with good/bad role decision making and kung fu action. Cleared in 2 days straight. Still playing Call of Duty 2 now where it is set during world war 2. Last mission for me when the allies have landed in Europe.

Okies only 1/3 done with this post.

Moving on, I decided to head down to SIM in the morning to attend the EA Play 07 event. Mainly is to get some hands on with the Scrin side of the upcoming Command and Conquer 3 game. Had fun exploring the side as it was not featured in the demo. Managed to take some pictures of the event as well. One of the clusters of pc set up for hands on gaming. All of them have creative gigaworks speakers(that elliott been eyeing for sometime now), razer mouse, everglide keyboards and Samsung LCDs. Wanted to check out the pc specs but on second though its not nice to "inspect" other people's pc.


They got some consoles up as well to play with. Being a sony supporter, I only took pics of the PS3 in all its glory the way it was meant to be played. HHD LCD tv, great sound systems with the creative gigaworks series and of cos HD capable console (The Almight PS3).


The pre order package for the upcoming CnC3 Kane edition. Had to take a photo to remind myself that I need to go lido and queue up early.

But I will just highlight some quotes from there and my comments.

The numbers game is ironical. When national service began in 1967, the population was only 1.98mil (2006: 4.5mil), but the increase mainly came from foreigners, who don’t have to serve.

So far, the majority of Singaporeans have grudgingly accepted national service as a necessary evil.

A minority is, however, voicing discontent about losing out to foreign workers in cases where employers are unwilling to put up with their “disruptive” annual reservist duty.

They come here take our jobs, our girls(ok lah if these girls are stupid enough than give you loh) while we lose our edge in getting a job but still ICT and RT never changes... Ok IPT was a good move that I must say...

National service remains a sensitive subject and the government doesn’t look kindly at people who undermine it, but unlike the past, the new generation is becoming more vocal against “unfair” implementation.

For example, a grassroots leader wanted to know why the small army should have more than 20 generals, saying that “having fewer generals around” would be a start to reducing spending.

Ok I got no comments on that but indirectly please do something about the rest of the regulars... Stupid no brain ones but got brawn you keep, committed loyal but not so fit one you throw... Pls ah, before I throw away my life to protect my country, please make sure my commander is worth me throwing away my life first... Pls dun give me idiots who have no brains... I mean think about it, during ur 2.5yrs or less, I am sure you can think of one idiot wasting tax money...

The government has done much to recognise the sacrifice of NS men, giving perks that range from tax incentives to higher savings top-ups and fee discounts.

The civil service also offers a slightly higher salary scale for employees who have completed their service.

With Singaporeans facing growing competition from foreign workers, however, national service has become a strain when bosses pass them over in favour of permanent residents (PRs) because of their “cumbersome” reservist duties.

Singaporean employers who have gone through it are generally more ready to employ reservists, but foreign companies often feel no such responsibility.

They often turn away locals who are still doing reservist duty, preferring to hire foreigners or PRs, who are free of the obligation.

Well how about making it easier for us to compete for jobs? Tax rebates and discounts on other stuff are nice, but a job is even better...

An average of 30,000 foreigners (2006: 57,000) and PRs are accepted every year, and they are not required to serve military service.

This anomaly is causing rumblings among NS men who feel – quite rightly – that the system reduces their ability to compete in the workplace.

How about taking our places in the local universities. So a foreigner is more suited to study in a local university than a poly grad who gave his 2 over years to the nation just because his grades are abit lower. Ok loh fine... but later on when got things happen I seriously dun think that guy/girl will stay and help this country. I know I would because this is my HOME.

Recently, a fresh Singaporean 26-year-old graduate related his interview at a foreign-owned fabrication plant here.

The first question the Taiwanese manager asked him was: “I see you are a Singaporean. Do you need to go back to serve NS every year?”

When he replied that he had to report back for in-camp training every year, the manager reacted negatively, observing that reservists who failed fitness tests would need to train until they passed.

He also mentioned frequent absence of employees who had to attend occasional military meetings, which disrupted workflow.

“If every Singaporean needs to do all this, then I’d rather not hire you all then. Every year you all have to take long periods of absence for NS and no work is done,” he added.

The Singaporean didn’t get the job.

“Singaporean males are going to suffer from this influx of foreign talents. We don’t have an even ground to compete on!” he complained.

The government appealed to employers not to discriminate against reservists, but it in many cases, it has fallen on deaf ears.

The logic of appeals borders on the absurd, remarked a blogger.

“Why should a business entity which has to earn a profit for shareholders support an obligation imposed on Singaporean males?”

The answer is obvious: “Security guarantees its own stable existence,” but it’s not always evident in their business annals

So whats the government gonna do about that case... Well looks like nothing but do let me know if something was done. Well so I guess poor us singaporean males can suck thumb and pray for the best loh.

Ok ok so before you start giving me the look... yesh I am reminded that I should get out of my angry mood and move on. No point staying so angry over stupid things that people do to you.

So the next step I should be doing to just letting it all go. So if you messed around with and broke my heart, played me out or just irritated me to the max, well you're forgiven. Yesh from the bottom of my heart. Of cos that doesn't mean you can do that shit to me again. No no no... No way am I going to let people mess up my life again. Forgiving doesn't mean being an idiot and getting myself played out again. And do not tell me its selfish, I think not giving yourself some thought is selfish in itself. Unless you got a mission to carry out than that's another story.

And to my friend out there still nursing the hurt, do the same ba. Just let it go and move on. Go one level up. Its not about revenge, its about putting all that anger,hurt and disappointment and using the energy in the right way. Go for a run, hit the gym for a workout and use it to motivate yourself to climb higher. Its good stuff. And in the end when that person(ok gotta be nice here) looks back and regret, you have won the battle and upped your level. No its not for revenge I say again, cos in the end the person will feel bad and its in no way your fault. Only person to blame is the person herself. What goes around comes around... Anyway today was paper one. After that that studying, I think I still made some silly mistakes here and there. Oh well no point crying over spilt milk now. Gonna take a break in the afternoon and hit the books again in the evening. One more paper to go and its time to relax and chill out.

Sunday was good fun in a way. Went down to subway(the best place for lunch at city hall on a sunday afternoon) to get lunch and study a bit(its empty and refills for drinks are only $1). Francis came later to join me. Than came Elliott and Herbert(GF out of town so she asked Elliott to babysit him... lolz... ). Had lunch and talked about the 300 movie. Looks good from what they were saying. Gotta wait for Franics to go watch it before the good old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles come out. Than we met Charlene at marina square before heading off to the IT Show for last minute steals.



Got myself a proper mouse again. Since I mostly play RTS/RPG and less FPS than the razer krait is good enough for me. Got one at $35 and one more for Charlene at the same price. Thank You Ban Leong and Dennis :)



Next on the list is these enelope batteries and charger. The sony ones are almost dead so its time to invest in better ones. 4.5 hours charge time and longer time before they discharge is good enough for me.

Charlene wanted to look for a red nike football so we went to suntec shopping centre. While Elliott and Charlene went into Nike, me and Herbert went into Adidas. He got himself a Real Madrid cap on offer(good deal I must say). Also he was talking about wanting to get a Germany sweater for his gf(Stella) cos the last time they saw a pretty looking girl in the Germany jersey or something. And it did not help that he likes Germany and went on to comment that the girl was pretty. So next time better get a Germany jersey/sweater for her hor... :P

Next we went to candy empire to get some snacks. While everyone was busy stocking up, I just decided to get something simple.



Bet you can't find this anyway else. Looks good right? First time I got this so I am gonna reward myself after Wednesday's paper by finishing this whole box while I catch up on my Heroes tv series.

Than it was off to marina square where they got tickets to watch Music and Lyrics. I decided to go study instead. Pizza hut for dinner and its off to find a nice place to camp... I mean study. Decided to take a walk to esplanade to check it out. They were having nice music there for the mosiac event or something. But was having abit of a flu so decided to study outside instead. Was nice as it was windy. But it din last long as it got dark so off I went to take walk around and explore abit. Library looks nice and maybe I might wanna try camping there to study or something. Of cos the bad thing about esplanade is that you find loads of couples there. Funny sights include ah beng/ah lian wannabes there trying to act cultured... Not I wanna be mean but its really funny...

Than its back to good old pacific coffee to get a nice bottle of snapple and to finish up my studies. They came over after that to chit chat somemore and I guess the movie must really be funny as they kept laughing about it. Than its home sweet home and an early nites rest before my test.

Today was a good day... So good that even when I was super tired with aching legs, I was grinning all the way through my 2.4km.

Morning went to queue up for the microsoft promo. Reached there about 1 hour before time and found myself in the back end of the queue. First 100 customers get to buy vista home premium upgrade(but still can full install... hehe) and office 2007 home student edition at $99. At first I though was buy either one but in the end can buy both and I did just that. $198 for over $500 worth of stuff why not.

While waiting for bryan, played ridge racer 7 on the PS3 which is the next thing on my wish list. Met JJ2 there also. Good to know he found a job as a contractor for sony. The girl at the PS3 was kinda not bad as well. So were the sony show girls. Cant say much about the samsung ones though. As I always say, know your limits. Not fuji apple, stop acting like one...

Than went walking around with bryan. This year not bad lah. Quite interesting stuff here and there. Good deals for computer parts but promos for broadband is cannot make it.

On the way to lunch at carl's junior(I got coupons... hehe... thank you safra...) I saw the microsoft lucky dip so decided to try it out. Might get something nice. So since I spent $198 I got one dip cos its every $100 one dip. While looking for the coupon, the counter guy was looking at my receipt. I won the microsoft gift which is just a pen set. But the counter guy took out 2 wireless mouse 4000 and 2 sandisk cruzer 2GB thumbdrives meant for the normal priced vista and office. Which I shld not be getting cos mine was promo price. He asked me to fill up some form than into my challenger bag they went.

Well I honestly think it was a honest mistake as these freebies cost at least $70 per set of mouse and thumb drive. Anyway gave one thumb drive to bryan for being nice and showing me all the good hardware and for paying for lunch. One mouse went to my sister as her mouse died. But her laptop dun like it so swap with my logitech one. Still getting the feel of it though. but the colour scheme fits my laptop anyway.

So I still got one thumbdrive which I will use for school and since its vista ready boost compatible, its even better. Anyone needs a mouse let me know and I will pass the other mouse to you. Still in its package all sealed up.

Well one good turn deserves another, so since microsoft so nice, I should be nice as well.

And of cos I cleared my ippt for this window cos of IPT. Yes I still failed ippt today but hey with my aching lower half, I still managed to increase my 2.4km on track by 30-40s and my pull ups went to 3. Of cos my unification of china stomach did 40 sits up.

This is the first Justin Timberlake song that I have seriously taken a liking to. "Cry Me A River" was nice but this just beats it all. Plus the video is the ultimate coolest lah. Doesn't help that I am in a bad mood(still Kenneth just less forgiving).

Well while the song talks about an unfaithful lover and getting the tables turned, I think it also can be related to other things. Screw other people and you will get it coming back to you. It may not happen now but it might happen later on. No one knows the future so be nice. While I do no believe in Karma, it doesn't mean I dun believe in retribution. As bad as the world looks, there is some fairness one. You might not see it in your lifetime, but that doesn't mean it will not happen.

I dun like politics but take a look at what is going on in the region, do stupid things and stupid things will happen to you. Dun wanna say which countries but you get what I mean.

Same thing in life, be nice or dun blame others for not being nice to you. In fact right about now I am sure some people closer to me can sort of guess who I am indirectly trying to point to. Well all I am going to say is that I am not going to let that bother me. Things will take their course, people wanna stay blind than carry on. I do not really have to do anything. Am in a bad mood now, super pissed irritated and so on. If you seen me on sunday and think I was bad, well this is worst. I think I just need a good nights sleep to clear my head. Been busy rebutting fanboy idiots on forums to getting a full work out during my IPT. And up till now I still wonder why the heck I push myself so hard.

BTW the song is something that will never leave me. Meaningful words in a general sense.(Yes the band is christian but its talking about something everyone can relate to. So to those idiots going arond condemning the song becos its christian, you only prove to the rest of the world how shallow you are). I mean just take a look around you, along orchard road, in school and so on. How many times do you see someone who looks ok but deep down he/she is not. Do you even care that they are hurting? Or how about the people around you who have always been there for you, when was the last time you were there for them?

The song is was influenced in part by the school shootings at Santana High School, Columbine High School and Granite Hills High School. Now before you go blaming the whole freedom thingy in USA, just think, those kids might have been nice people until someone or something pushed them to the edge. Maybe they got sick and tired of people around them who were so fake and all that?

Now bring yourself back to sunny little singapore. Here life is so fast paced and grades and looks and face are so important. While there are no shootings cos we cant own guns except in the army until we ord, society is still pretty much screwed up.
I mean how many times have you heard the story where guy/girl leaves bf/gf for another and than gets dump and acts all poor thing when we all know she/he deserves it. Or how about girl/boy with bright future but screws up and everything goes down the drain. Most if not all of the time its becos people aroud them dun care dun bother dun give a damn. Or people who did gave up trying cos they kept giving and giving.

Bottom line is please think of others as well. If not the next time something happens to you and no one is there for you, dun go crying. You deserve it right in the face.

Just like a certian idiot female whose future husband ill treated a dog. If he can tie the dog up and beat it, what makes you think he wun ill treat u and abuse you. And than you will go crying and use the women's charter and whatever shit rights. Let me know if it happens next time and I will dedicate a while blog post to laugh at you.

On a side note, maybe its time to give up being nice and trying... I know Kenneth will always be Kenneth and still just bite it and live with it and still be nice but maybe I shld start trying for a change...

Well today was the usual meet up for lunch session with Francis, Elliott and Charlene. Before that I went Newcastle Home Jersey hunting. But it was all in vain. I guess I will wait until someone is coming back from UK or until the next season when new kits will be out. Save my money for CnC3 I guess.

Anyway had a little chat with Elliott today. That is one guy, after what he related today, who never fails to impress me. He gave up the man utd vs liverpool(at home) match to go ktv in which he never liked. I mean wow... he is a die hard man utd fan from dunno when. And its KTV and chinese songs. Kudos to you. All for a girl. I wonder if she knows who she is and what he did. Not putting any pressure on her here but it sure shows alot. Salute you sia.

Looking at myself, I wonder if I had that kind of determination, I might be single today. Well things might have had happened but hey at least I would have had a shot. All becos I was too lazy to want to send her home as I would have to take 3 buses home. But yet I somehow got my dad to get a starhub line so we could talk at night in camp as she would call my free incoming line and we could go on for hours. Maybe the reason why I wanted to learn how to drive and pass badly was so that one day I can drive her home instead of taking the bus and I could get home easily also.

Ok I still need to work on that part about me going not the extra mile but the extra extra mile. Oh well I guess its too late to do anything about it liaos. Maybe I should work on myself more to up my value but the hardest part is to not care so much but that is just Kenneth...

Oh well exams are coming so I guess I better worry about that first...
